LAURIN is looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our Calgary team, aiming to deliver competitive estimates for complex construction projects. With a focus on commercially sound strategies, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize bidding processes and manage project risks. This position is essential for LAURIN's vision for growth in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate estimates with quantity takeoffs

• Review technical documents to assess project scope

• Prepare preliminary schedules based on contractor input

• Solicit comprehensive pricing to cover project scopes

• Participate in competitive bid closures and activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in ICI sector

• Knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to interpret technical drawings effectively

• Critical-thinking and analytical skills

• Degree in construction management or similar
