In this pivotal role, you will prepare cost estimates, interact with stakeholders, and conduct workshops aimed at cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate cost estimates for infrastructure from feasibility to tender

• Defend construction cost plans in client presentations

• Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout all phases

• Validate contractor submissions within a design-build framework

• Lead value engineering efforts to maximize client savings

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar

• 8-15 years in estimating roles across infrastructure phases

• Strong grasp of rail systems and cost drivers

• Excellent collaborative and communication skills
