Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Project Control Plan development and estimates

• Track costs, budgets, and provide analytical reports

Requirements:

• Engineering or construction-related degree

• 10+ years of experience in construction projects

• PMP designation is favorable

• Excellent problem-solving and organization
