Become a key player as a Senior Estimator focused on commercial tenant improvement projects. Ensure high-level accuracy in bid preparations while collaborating with various departments for project success.
This role requires an experienced Estimator who will oversee the entire bidding process, working closely with the Business Development Manager. You will prepare risk assessments and value analyses for potential projects, as well as develop preliminary schedules and budget forecasts. Your strong communication and organizational skills will help guide the project from bid submission to contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct estimating activities for commercial tenant improvements
• Review and prepare detailed bids for projects
• Support business development by identifying project opportunities
• Collaborate with clients for clear bid understanding
• Document ongoing projects with site leadership support
Requirements:
• Proven experience estimating commercial tenant improvements
