Position: Superintendent for Multifamily Projects
Take charge as a Site Superintendent for a reputable residential developer focused on low-rise multifamily constructions in Calgary.

Your role will ensure that projects meet quality and timeline standards.
In this position, you will manage all on-site coordination for stacked townhomes and multifamily units. With a proven background in construction management, you'll work closely with subcontractors and ensure all safety measures and project specifications are strictly followed to promote a successful build environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize schedules for subcontractors and vendors

• Maintain daily logs and perform quality checks

• Communicate effectively about change orders

• Conduct inspections with local jurisdictions

• Walk units to monitor construction activity
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in site superintendent roles

• Background in multifamily or high-volume residential builds

• Strong skills in construction scheduling

• Capacity to oversee multiple projects at once

• Advantageous knowledge of four-storey wood frame construction
