We’re looking for a sharp, driven Project Manager or experienced Project Coordinator who can handle fast-moving mechanical construction projects without dropping the ball.

• Manage multiple mechanical projects (HVAC, piping, plumbing, refrigeration)
• Keep schedules, budgets, and stakeholders aligned
• Spot risks early and keep projects moving
• Support estimating, cost tracking, and change orders
• Coordinate teams, subs, and materials seamlessly
• Champion safety and quality on every job

• 3–7+ years in mechanical project coordination or PM work
• Strong multitasking — you can juggle projects without losing control
• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and project tracking
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
