WhatYou'll Do Here
- Support the implementation and sustainment of lean practices across assigned projects.
- Assist project teams with the application of the Last Planner System (LPS).
- Coordinate Pull Planning, Lookahead Planning, Weekly Work Planning, and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Support constraint identification, tracking, and resolution processes.
- Assist in planning and facilitating problem-solving workshops using structured methodologies.
- Track actions arising from improvement initiatives and verify completion with action owners.
- Support implementation of A3 problem solving, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, and other continuous improvement tools.
- Coordinate lessons learned collection, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Train project support and construction personnel on Waste Walk and waste elimination methodologies and provide oversight where required.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or Business.
