Position: Foreman for Construction Management

This full-time temporary position lasts 11-12 months, suited for those with robust foreman experience in construction. You will manage site operations, oversee trade compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead site inspections. Effective daily reporting and participation in safety meetings will also be essential duties in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise trades and manage on-site operations independently

• Verify compliance with drawings and quality standards

• Monitor and enforce HSE regulations on-site

• Manage material orders and pickups efficiently

• Conduct thorough inspections and daily site assessments

Requirements:

• 1+ years foreman experience required

• 5+ years in the construction industry necessary

• Modular construction experience is an asset

• Strong safety knowledge and enforcement capabilities

• Excellent communication and blueprint skills
