As part of the Major Projects Business Unit, you will lead the North of 60 Projects Team. This role demands hands-on experience combined with strategic planning. Overseeing multi-discipline teams, you will navigate complex project landscapes, ensuring efficient site execution and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily site operations with safety as a priority
• Manage workforce and subcontractors to optimize performance
• Address project issues proactively and effectively
• Coordinate various trades and construction activities
• Document daily activities and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in construction or industrial project management
• Technical knowledge across various construction disciplines
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation
• Strong command of digital reporting and management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
