Join RWC as an Experienced Field Coordinator, a role that demands strong analytical skills and a knack for project management within the construction industry. Collaborate closely with teams to coordinate tasks and ensure project success.
In this role, you will review blueprints and project documents to understand the scope of work thoroughly. You'll prepare material estimates and take-offs while working under tight deadlines. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, resolving site issues, and maintaining detailed records of activities. Clear communication with office and field teams is essential to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret construction blueprints and specifications
• Calculate material estimates and take-offs on time
• Identify and address on-site issues proactively
• Maintain records and update project schedules
• Provide assistance with QA/QC documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong Excel and Bluebeam proficiency required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure
• Experience with construction estimating software is a plus
