The successful Project Manager will be essential in planning and monitoring project progress within the municipal water sector. You will ensure effective communication between key stakeholders while managing schedules and budgets. Additionally, you'll be responsible for analyzing project performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate communication with internal and external project teams
• Understand and negotiate project specifications
• Ensure timely submission of project deliverables
• Prepare detailed project schedules and manage subcontractor agreements
• Conduct monthly safety inspections and reviews
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years in project management within construction
• Experience with scheduling and cost management
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
• PMP certification is a plus
• Position requires in-person work in Calgary
