At our new plant, you will install prefabricated systems and work closely with team members to ensure quality and safety. This position requires 2-5 years of residential framing experience and a proficiency with tools and construction plans. You'll not only work on-site but also help mentor others while adhering to safety standards and quality controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble framing for walls, floors, and roofs
• Interpret blueprints for project proper layouts
• Guide site logistics and operate cranes
• Provide on-the-job training to coworkers
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in residential framing
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Capability to maneuver materials up to 50 pounds
