Responsibilities include Pre Construction Cost Planning, underscoring the importance of knowledge in development, contracting, and consulting sectors. Candidates are expected to be well-versed in CIQS methods and the Provincial Lien Act, with a solid understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Systems enhancing their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cost estimation for high-rise residential projects

• Use CIQS elemental/trade measurement techniques

• Comply with the Provincial Lien Act guidelines

• Navigate standard CCDC contract conditions

• Leverage LEED AP expertise for sustainable projects

Requirements:

• PQS qualification in progress or completed

• Strong foundation in the construction industry

• Familiarity with the National Building Code of Canada

• Membership in RICS and/or CIQS is a plus

• Good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
