Under the guidance of the Estimating-Manufacturing Manager, you'll utilize your 2-4 years of experience to conduct thorough plan analyses and quantity takeoffs. You'll interact closely with engineering and sales teams to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive.
This role offers a chance to contribute to process improvements and uphold ISO quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project specifications and layouts
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs
• Calculate costs for materials and labor
• Coordinate with subcontractors for bidding
• Review designs for compliance and buildability
Requirements:
• Diploma in Structural/Architectural disciplines
• 2-4 years related experience in estimating
• Skilled in blueprint reading
• Strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of modular construction methods a plus
