Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review estimates for various construction projects
• Analyze tender documents and suggest cost-saving measures
• Attend conferences and site visits to gather essential information
• Coordinate bids and present findings to management
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of estimating experience in construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities
• Adept at interpreting construction specifications and drawings
