Construction Manager for Substation Projects

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing Substations group. In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, support Site Supervisors, and manage communications with subcontractors and clients. Your knowledge of safety protocols and project compliance will enhance our ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee all site operations for projects

• Act as the key contact for clients and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and permits

• Manage testing activities in coordination with engineering teams

• Lead safety culture initiatives and site training

Requirements:

• Journeyman PSE or Electrician credential required

• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

• Strong knowledge of scheduling software

• Proven track record in managing teams effectively
