We are seeking a Senior Estimator with more than 15 years of estimating experience to join our Civil team. In this role, you will take charge of full-cost estimates from initial concept to tender, working closely with diverse project teams.
Your role is pivotal in creating a culture of accountability and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Determine effective bid strategies for success
• Prepare and coordinate estimates through all phases
• Lead workshops fostering transparent decision-making
• Negotiate with suppliers and conduct value reviews
• Track costs and report variances for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 15+ years in estimating for commercial construction
• 5+ years experience with a general contractor
• Strong skills in cost modelling and analysis
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Excel and estimating tools
