This permanent position allows you to manage renovations, fit-outs, and conversions within occupied spaces. You’ll take charge of several projects, developing your client relationships and handling the specifics of each build, from scheduling to close-out, without waiting on regional approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple concurrent interior projects from concept to completion
• Manage project buyouts, timelines, and client interactions
• Adjust for tenant coordination during build phases
• Maintain a close working relationship with local leadership
• Deliver projects within the specified timelines and budget
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in managing interiors and small to medium ICI work
• Experience in occupied space construction
• Ability to negotiate and defend project pricing
• Exceptional detail management across multiple projects
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
