Hiring:
Contract Conformance Specialist III (CCS III)
Location:
Calgary, AB
Pay: $63/hr T4 OR $72/hr Inc.
Contract: 1 year with Extenstion
Hybrid - 03 Days Onsite and 02 Days Remote
Job Overview:- We are looking for an experienced Contract Conformance Specialist III to support capital and maintenance projects, ensuring contractual requirements, documentation, change orders, invoicing, compliance, and contractor communications are managed effectively.
- Manage day-to-day contract conformance and contractor documentation.
- Review contracts, exhibits, invoices, and contractor submissions for compliance.
- Manage change orders, directives, correspondence, and documentation logs.
- Support contract negotiations and resolution of contractual issues.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Legal, Procurement, and Project Controls teams.
- Support contract close-out and compliance audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Legal, or related field.
- 6-10+ years of experience in contract administration/conformance, construction, engineering, or related areas.
- Experience with energy/infrastructure construction projects preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
