Experienced Construction Foreman - High-Rise Concrete

You'll manage daily operations, coordinate with trades, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise high-rise concrete work and crew activities

• Interpret and enforce construction drawings and specifications

• Plan and coordinate daily construction schedules

• Work closely with subtrades and site management

• Monitor safety compliance in accordance with Alberta regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a concrete foreman on high-rise projects

• Strong expertise in formwork and hands-on carpentry

• Ability to effectively read and interpret construction plans
