In this role, you will require at least 7-10 years of experience managing 4-6 storey wood frame projects. Your responsibility will include coordinating trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and leading on-site teams to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily construction activities for multi-family developments
• Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct thorough site inspections and maintain documentation
• Support and mentor construction teams on-site
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7-10 years as a Site Supervisor
• Experience with wood frame residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction codes and practices
• Excellent organizational and conflict-resolution abilities
• Valid driver's license and right to work in Canada
