Selected candidates will assist with various activities including loading materials, framing work, and demolition operations. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be prepared to work outdoors in varying conditions. The job includes permanent employment with flexible shifts available to accommodate different schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport and handle construction materials efficiently
• Mix, pour, and spread construction materials on site
• Provide assistance with house framing and roofing projects
• Participate in building demolitions and clean-ups
• Remove debris and contaminants to maintain a safe worksite
Requirements:
• Must speak fluent English for communication
• No specific educational background required; training given
• Reliability is crucial; must work well with others
• Physically able to lift weights up to 50 lbs
• Able to work in outdoor conditions, including dust and debris
