As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring they meet financial and quality targets. With at least eight years of experience, your track record will reflect your ability to oversee budgets and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships. Your leadership will be foundational in mentoring team members and navigating project complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project planning from pre-construction to handover
• Drive budget development and ensure cost control
• Represent the project in key negotiations and meetings
• Supervise procurement processes and manage documentation
• Coordinate on-site construction activities for quality assurance
Requirements:
• Degree in civil engineering or construction management
• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Strong understanding of construction codes and practices
• Detail-oriented in managing contracts and changes
