What Is The Opportunity?  We are hiring Asphalt Paving Labourers to support our Paving division in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 Construction Season.
What You Bring To The Team   Must have good manual skills and strength required to perform all laborer type duties.
Must possess ability to work both supervised and unsupervised and have strong communication skills.
Continually required to reach, pull, carry, grab, pull, and lift.
Must possess both good strength and good endurance as work performed in all types of weather conditions.
Must Maintain a valid Class 5 Drivers License.
Ability to work weekends and/or night shift.
Willing to work overtime, as required.
Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
Pay And Benefits  Pay Range: $24 - $38 per hour
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
