Your senior role aims to leverage at least 15 years of construction experience, with a focus on team mentorship and client satisfaction. Manage the complete project life cycle, prepare accurate financial billings, and facilitate key meetings with stakeholders to communicate effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating project challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of construction management projects
• Prepare timely billings and ensure receipt from Owners
• Engage with Owners and Architects to address concerns
• Evaluate and forecast project financial reports
• Report progress and escalate risks to management
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years' experience in construction, specifically ICI
• 8 years in project management roles
• Asset: experience with structural piling or concrete
• Proven ability to mentor large teams
• Strong client relationship management skills
