Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure Focus

Drive impactful construction projects as a Project Manager d all aspects of civil infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.

In this role, you will leverage your 8+ years of Civil Infrastructure experience, overseeing project management activities including design, budget management, and scheduling. Regular interaction with Owners and Architects will be crucial for project alignment and success. Your ability to lead meetings and mentor team members will ensure a positive project journey and effective communication of project statuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall construction from pre-construction phases

• Prepare accurate billings for Owners and subcontractors

• Engage professionally with Owners and Architects

• Assess and project costs consistently

• Host meetings to support team and project goals

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in construction with 8+ years of experience

• Experienced in project scheduling and contract software

• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities

• Effective client relations management

• History in Design Build or P3 project management
