Be an essential part of Graham's Infrastructure Division as a Project Coordinator. Streamline project coordination, scheduling, and quality control to enhance community development.

Graham is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Coordinator who will assist in managing key projects within the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll provide critical support through effective project coordination and documentation management. You will help ensure compliance with safety regulations while facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily project activities, including scheduling and documentation

• Produce change reports and update project managers promptly

• Maintain up-to-date HSEQ compliance and safety documentation

• Assist with financial reporting and monitor project costs

• Foster client relationships and manage satisfaction survey responses

Requirements:

• Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in a relevant field

• 2-3 years of construction industry experience, focusing on concrete

• Excellent skills in MS Office and project management software

• Knowledge of project systems and risk management protocols

• Familiar with quality assurance and control standards
