Synergy Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated senior coordinator to enhance our Health, Safety & Environment program. You will report to the HSE Manager and focus on developing policies, monitoring compliance, and coordinating safety training. A mix of office administration and site travel is included to support safety practices on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and improve health, safety, and environmental programs

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and project hazard assessments

• Manage and schedule employee safety training programs

• Review and investigate workplace incidents for corrective actions

• Maintain COR certification and documentation for safety compliance

Requirements:

• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Certification

• 5-7 years of construction safety experience

• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and industry best practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
