Your Impact Starts Here

Graham is actively recruiting for a Commissioning Coordinator supporting the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Commissioning Specialist, the Commissioning Coordinator coordinates commissioning activities, documentation, testing, reporting, training, and turnover from construction completion through operational handover, ensuring safe, efficient, and systematic execution aligned with project schedules, quality requirements, and operational readiness goals.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
  • Coordinate commissioning activities from construction completion through system startup, testing, training, and turnover
  • Support the development and execution of commissioning plans, procedures, and test documentation
  • Maintain commissioning schedules, tracking tools, records, and turnover documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure commissioning readiness and successful delivery
  • Coordinate system inspections, walkthroughs, and functional testing to verify performance and support operational handover
The Right Tools for the Job

  • Skills: Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, maintain project documentation, and effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

At Graham, we’re building more than structures, we’re building futures. Join a team that delivers excellence from the ground up and makes a lasting impact across Canada.
