In this vital position, you'll leverage your expertise as a Field Inspector with a focus on civil construction. Successful candidates require a minimum of three years’ experience, adept communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, preparing reports, and liaising with contractors and clients to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review engineering drawings and technical documentation

• Perform field observations for compliance checks

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inspection reports

• Administer contracts and track project progress

• Liaise with contractors, municipal staff, and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of civil construction inspection experience

• Registered Technician or Technologist with ASET an asset

• Knowledge of municipal construction standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid Provincial Driver’s License with clean abstract
