Assistant Project Manager

Support capital projects in Calgary with Colliers Project Leaders, using project coordination and communication skills across the built environment.

As an Assistant Project Manager with the Alberta Team, you will support projects varying in scope and complexity. Your experience should include fit-up projects, renovation, and commercial mixed-use environments. You will work alongside experienced project managers while developing skills across diverse Alberta Business unit projects.

• Update schedules and prepare project progress reports
• Prepare tender and contract documents for projects
• Organize contractors and consultants on site
• Attend meetings and capture project action items
• Coordinate communication among managers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers

• University degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management
• One to three years of project coordination experience
• Experience with fit-up, renovation, or commercial mixed-use projects
• Actively pursuing the Project Management Professional designation
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
