Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily activities of construction staff
Inspect workmanship and completed homes for quality
Verify building processes against plans and specifications
Coordinate communication among staff, trades, suppliers, and municipalities
Promote compliance with Qualico safety requirements
Requirements:
Minimum three years residential construction field experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of provincial building codes and construction processes
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
Microsoft Office and satisfactory criminal record verification
