Worley Canada Construction seeks a Senior Mechanical Estimator for its Estimating team. You will lead bid teams, develop quantity based budgets, and coordinate project schedules and execution plans. The work supports industrial construction across field and modular yard locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project bid teams and organize kickoff meetings
Develop quantity based budgets while adhering to WBS requirements
Create bid schedules and project execution plans
Support procurement scopes and subcontractor evaluations
Mentor Estimating team members and track budget revisions
Requirements:
10+ years as a senior estimator in industrial environments
Knowledge of mechanical industrial construction in field and mod yards
Supervisory experience coordinating estimating activities
Competency with MS Office, NAVIS Works, Adobe Reader, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and adaptability
Use mechanical construction knowledge, bid leadership, and quantity based estimating skills to support Worley’s industrial projects.
