Construction CapEx Finance Vice President

Shape Cap Ex decisions at eStruxture Data Centers through cost modeling, change-order oversight, and cash flow forecasting. This is an office-based Monday-to-Friday role.
As Vice President, Construction Financial Control & Reporting, you oversee the financial lifecycle of construction investments totaling one billion dollars annually. You collaborate with construction, engineering, procurement, finance, and Leadership teams. Your work covers project budgets, baseline dollars per megawatt, supplier terms, equipment, labor, materials, and professional fees.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee real-time Cap Ex tracking and construction reporting
- Forecast quarterly Cap Ex and annual expansion-project budgets
- Compare vendor quotes and challenge supplier pricing
- Optimize equipment selection, spending, timing, and cash flow
- Prepare construction insurance information before projects start
- 15 years of project control or financial planning experience
- Experience tracking metrics such as cost per Megawatt
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures
- Experience with complex cost models and cash flows
- CPA designation is an asset
Use commercial judgment, advanced Excel, and construction finance expertise to improve Cap Ex visibility across eStruxture’s data center projects.
