Who Are You?You’re a mid-level Motion Designer with a few solid years under your belt who knows how to turn ideas into motion that actually works in the real world. You’re comfortable owning projects from concept through execution, thinking in systems, and adapting your work across different clients and brands. You’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive — able to take direction and guidance, then move ideas forward with confidence.
You’re open to feedback, comfortable presenting your thinking, and curious about new tools and better ways of working.
The Role ?
You’ll be creating motion design for client work primarily in dental and optometry, helping bring campaigns, brand systems, and content to life across social, web, email, and explainer-style videos. You’ll work closely with writers, designers, editors, strategists and team lead to translate ideas into motion that’s clear, engaging, and on‑brand. This role offers the opportunity to influence how motion and video are used across client work, contribute to scalable creative systems, and grow your exposure to branding, campaign thinking, and creative strategy — with strong creative leadership and collaboration along the way.
