Position: Event AV Technician for Encore Events
Elevate event experiences as an Event Audio Visual Technician with Encore. This role entails setting up and operating audiovisual systems while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will utilize your technical skills to deliver seamless audiovisual services. Your responsibilities will include effective client communication, timely equipment management, and problem-solving technical issues. You will play a key role in maintaining the hotel-client relationship and enhancing guest experiences through superior service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and breakdown audiovisual equipment efficiently

• Monitor events and ensure equipment is functioning

• Engage with clients to ascertain needs and expectations

• Address any potential technical problems proactively

• Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize revenue

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is a must;
Associate’s is a plus

• 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• 1 year of audio visual experience is ideal

• Must achieve Technical Level 3 Certification in 180 days

• Valid driver’s license required
