In this role, you'll be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment during events. Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and breakdown of audiovisual systems accurately

• Act as a point of contact for client needs on-site

• Monitor events and provide ongoing support

• Complete required systems documentation

• Collaborate with teams for smooth equipment operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred

• Technical Level 3 Certification to be achieved in 180 days

• 1-year customer service or event tech experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate company vehicles

• Must adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
