Reporting to the Lead Rigger or Rigging Coordinator, your role is pivotal in performing rigging duties and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include managing rigging equipment, supporting team efforts, and securing connections to rigging points to guarantee seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize rigging tools as per event needs

• Provide vital ground support for equipment setup

• Establish secure hang-points and ensure equipment safety

• Conduct ongoing visual inspections of all hardware

• Assist in resolving rigging obstacles in real-time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 500 hours of onsite rigging experience

• Certifications in Basic Rigging and Lift operation

• Knowledge of ground rigging and high rigging without harness

• Experience supervising a rigging team preferred
