Point Click Care is looking for an experienced Content Designer to join their User Experience Department. This role involves crafting effective product content and exploring AI methodologies within a collaborative environment. You will design content strategies, hold discussions with stakeholders, and refine content to create engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design easy-to-understand user-centered content
• Structure content for multiple personas and platforms
• Define user needs through research and establish priorities
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Engineers throughout projects
• Utilize data analysis for effective content decisions
Requirements:
• Degree in English, technical communications, or similar fields
• Experience in UX writing or instructional content creation
• Familiarity with content management systems
