Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and driven Creative Director / Social Media Content Lead to oversee and execute compelling digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of modern content creation, storytelling, social media growth, and digital marketing. You will help create lifestyle-focused content, lead social media campaigns, and collaborate with experienced web designers, marketers, and creatives to grow the brand’s online presence and audience engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and execute the company's creative content strategy across social media, website content, and digital campaignsPlan, shoot, edit, and organize high-quality lifestyle-focused photo and video content showcasing neighbourhoods and communitiesCollaborate with web designers, marketers, influencers, and other creatives to help grow the company's online presence and drive trafficManage and grow social media channels through engaging content, campaigns, contests, giveaways, and local community-focused initiativesRequirements and Skills
Strong experience in content creation, videography, photography, social media management, or creative marketingStrong understanding of branding, storytelling, audience engagement, and modern social media trendsSkilled with professional camera equipment, editing software, and content production workflows — drone experience is an assetSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating within a creative team environmentWe're Looking For
