Key Responsibilities:

• Set the vision for brand campaigns and multi-channel strategies

• Drive the full lifecycle of brand projects and decisions

• Lead the growth and evolution of Clio’s visual brand

• Architect identities and scalable design systems for sub-brands

• Mentor junior designers while cultivating high standards
Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant brand design experience

• Deep proficiency in design tools like Figma

• Strong experience in defending creative choices

• Proven capability in mentoring and leading teams

• Familiar with AI tools for design and motion direction
