Art Director

Position: Art Director with Spier & Mackay
Take creative charge at Spier & Mackay as an Art Director. Own the brand’s visual execution through meticulous direction and hands-on production in the fashion industry.
Spier & Mackay is actively seeking an Art Director to bring the established brand standard to life. This role requires 5 to 8 years of experience in creative direction within the fashion or lifestyle sectors. You will direct shoots, manage vendors, and ensure that all visual content adheres to the brand’s aesthetic and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop shot lists, mood boards, and reference packages

• Lead casting and location scouting for shoots

• Brief stylist on garment selection before shoots

• Direct talent and set during the shoot

• Review and select final retouched images for delivery
Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of fashion or lifestyle creative direction

• Proven portfolio showcasing aesthetic range

• Experience managing the entire shoot process

• Genuine menswear sensibility and brand understanding

• Strong vendor and agency relationship management
