Wedding Videographer / Shooter Only, No Editing Required Mostly Calgary and Banff Also Edmonton and BC
You must:
Own your own professional camera equipment
Have your own reliable vehicle
Understand the general flow of a Canadian wedding, including ceremonies, cocktail hour, entrances, first dances, speeches, parent dances, reception formalities, and the dance floor
Be fluent in English
Be friendly and polite, happy to coordinate online and in person
Be available primarily on Fridays and Saturdays during wedding season
If you have never worked in weddings but have substantial professional videography experience, we may still consider you, but you need to demonstrate that you can comfortably operate in a fast-moving live-event environment.
We handle all the editing. If you can edit too, that's a nice bonus, but not necessary.
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Capture excellent footage and send us the files, synced with audio and nicely organized.
We handle the client relationship, planning, creative direction, organization, and post-production.
Consider what our clients will end up receiving:
Highlight Film Approximately 1–3 minutes. Enjoyable, shareable, rewatchable.
Full Ceremony Clean, complete coverage of the ceremony.
Full Speeches Clean, complete coverage of speeches and important reception moments.
Pay will typically be $700-1000 per wedding depending on the event details.
