Worship Pastor Position

Bow Valley Christian Church in Calgary is searching for a Worship Pastor to elevate worship and develop community connections through engaging services. This is a crucial role in our church with 575 weekly attendees.

The Worship Pastor will oversee worship services, guiding music, drama, and stage design while mentoring volunteers. If you have a strong background in worship leadership and a heart for ministry, your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our church's mission. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate worship service music and stage presentations

• Lead Sunday worship and mentor other worship leaders

• Plan and oversee monthly non-Sunday worship events

• Collaborate with the Technical Director for service excellence

• Encourage youth participation in music ministry

Requirements:

• At least three years of worship leadership experience

• Familiarity with diverse musical styles

• Experience in volunteer mentorship and church event management

• Strong organization and team collaboration skills

• Proficiency with technology for worship planning
