Whatthat means day-to-day
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to renewals and negotiations using effective negotiation techniques to manage a win‑win situation.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase customer revenue and engagement.
- Manage escalations for internal and external partners as needed.
- Implement strategies and recommendations to retain customers and manage a win‑win situation with the client.
- Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs and determine the best solution offering to increase customer revenue and engagement.
- Bilingualism in French and English is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or renewal‑related roles.
- Experience in both "hunting" and "farming" your accounts in a fast‑paced work environment.
- You love sales and renewals—and you're looking to grow your career in this path.
- Proven track record of successful customer retention.
- You never take “no” as a final answer.
- Proficient in MS Dynamics 365, Odoo, or another CRM, as well as the MS365 Suite.
- The perfect blend of customer service, account management, and sales skills.
