Summary
We are seeking a confident, polished, and highly personable individual to serve in a dual role as Video Ambassador and Vehicle Delivery Coordinator. This position plays a key role in shaping the customer experience both on-camera and in person, ensuring every customer feels informed, excited, and cared for throughout the delivery process.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally engaging, professional in appearance and communication, detail-oriented, and comfortable representing a brand publicly across digital platforms.
Selected candidates will be invited to submit a short video introduction to highlight their communication skills, on-camera presence, and interest in the role.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver engaging, professional video content including:
- New vehicle walkarounds
- Feature highlights and product explanations
- Social media and marketing content
- Confidently present on camera with a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable presence
- Clearly explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits in a way customers can easily understand
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging with dealership standards
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance aligned with brand expectations
- Represent the dealership positively in all public-facing interactions, both online and in person
- Coordinate all aspects of the vehicle delivery process to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare delivery documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Confirm vehicle readiness, cleanliness, accessories, and feature setup prior to delivery
- Conduct customer vehicle orientations at delivery, ensuring understanding of features and technology
- Act as a key point of contact for customers during the delivery process
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, Service, and Detail departments to ensure timelines are met
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to reinforce satisfaction and answer questions

- Exceptional verbal communication and conversational skills
- Strong on-camera confidence and comfort speaking to a wide range of customers
- Ability to build rapport quickly and naturally
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication style
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries while maintaining accuracy
- Consistent follow-through on tasks and commitments
- Strong sense of presentation, professionalism, and personal branding
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, appearance-conscious environment
- Ability to adapt communication style to different customer personalities and comfort levels
- Background in customer experience, hospitality, marketing, media, retail, or brand representation
- Experience creating short-form video or social media content
- Naturally empathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligent
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Passion for delivering an elevated customer experience
- Combination of desk-based coordination, customer interaction, and on-camera work
