Description

Flair Airlines Flight Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. They adhere to Transport Canada regulations and company policies, delivering exceptional in-flight service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

As a Flight Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during their travel experience, adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies, collaborating with the flight crew and captain, performing in-flight service duties, and performing pre-flight duties. You will also maintain an active presence in the cabin, offering friendly, professional assistance, operating safety and emergency equipment confidently, handling security and emergency situations, maintaining cabin cleanliness standards, and consistently delivering high levels of customer service across all aspects of onboard service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, additional education or certifications in hospitality or customer service are considered an asset, at least four years of customer service experience, prior experience as a Flight Attendant is a plus, a valid Canadian passport, a minimum age of 19 years, physical ability to lift 50 lbs.,

fluency in English and French, ability to live within 90 minutes of the designated crew base, and the ability to work 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and accommodate standby flight schedules. Candidates must also be able to travel on short notice and work in various time zones. A clear criminal record check and satisfactory references are required.
