Position: AGAT Laboratories Client Services Role
Become a Client Services Administrator at AGAT Laboratories, focusing on customer support and administrative functions. This role is essential in achieving high client satisfaction through efficient service.

In this contract position, you will assist the Client Services Team with a variety of tasks, including managing client inquiries and processing orders. You'll ensure timely communication and uphold AGAT’s mission of service excellence by addressing sample integrity issues and helping with logistics. Attention to detail will be vital as you log samples accurately in LIMS and support coverage for Client Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete client requests with precision

• Notify clients of sample issues promptly

• Back up Client Service Representatives as needed

• Organize and prepare samples for shipment

• Log samples using LIMS software

Requirements:

• Customer service experience of at least one year

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent organization and time management

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle stress effectively
