Boardwalk is seeking a Community Residential Manager who can lead and support our rental apartments in Calgary. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of customer service experience and strong relationship-building abilities. Responsibilities include handling leasing, maintenance tasks, and ensuring high satisfaction among residents while showcasing leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with residents for high satisfaction
• Manage rent collection and follow up on defaults
• Conduct suite inspections before leasing
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Oversee contractor work completion
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Experience with web-based programs
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 10 kg
