In this role, you will support ticket buyers and event organizers through various platforms, including Zendesk. You'll create guiding documents, moderate event updates, and ensure effective communication. Contributing to the continuous improvement of support operations is key to ensuring client success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and online support
• Moderate event support documentation, including FAQs and policies
• Assist with client onboarding and provide professional guidance
• Collaborate with teams to escalate critical issues
• Participate in the rotating on-call support schedule
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in customer/client-facing roles
• Familiarity with Zendesk and multi-channel support
• Knowledge of financial reporting using Excel
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for on-site support
